Beyonce just finished performing and I must say she gave me chills…. Tina Knowles gave shout-outs to daughters Beyonce and Solange, calling them “Grammy winners tonight, too — that’s not on the script.”
Before introducing Beyonce’s highly anticipated Lemonade performance, Tina went on to praise the pregnant star for the “devotion and love I see in her for her daughter [Blue Ivy].”
Beyoncé performed “Love Drought” from Lemonade amid a sea of dancers. The ethereal performance featured Beyoncé dressed like a goddess, complete with a golden crown. She then transitioned into the song “Sand Castles,” another ballad off the blockbuster album.
Beyoncé became the most Grammy-nominated woman of all time this year, scoring nine nominations for a total of 62 over the course of her career.
