Kesha took to Instagram on Tuesday, July 19, to announce a summer tour since her 2013’s Warrior Tour.
“Hi guys, are you coming to hang this summer with us? We’re going on a tour. We’re going on tour, me and the horse,” the “TiK ToK” singer, 29, says, nuzzling up to an equine companion in a short video clip. “So if I see you guys there, it’s going to be f–king crazy. And I’m playing songs you’ve never heard me play before and I may never play again.”
The 17-city tour kicks off at Las Vegas’ Intrigue Nightclub on Saturday, July 23, and wraps up at Los Angeles’ Mad Decent Block Party on Saturday, October 1.
Kesha’s BBMAs set was initially canceled by her producer, Dr. Luke, and her label, Kemosabe Records. The company thought that the singer was going to use the awards show to make a statement about her ongoing legal battle with Dr. Luke during the live broadcast. Despite her claims that Dr. Luke drugged and raped her, a Manhattan judge ruled in February that the singer could not be released from her six-record contract with Sony’s Kemosabe Records, which Dr. Luke oversees.
