Kim Kardashian’s Diet Plan Revealed…..

You wanna know how Kim Kardashian got in better shape after having North and Saint… ? Well she is revealing all her secrets, even down to the meal plan she’s on… After starting a gruelling diet and fitness regime with bodybuilder Melissa Alcantara.

Kim works out six days-a-week at 6am and follows a version of the keto diet.

According to Bodyandsoul:

Melissa told People magazine that Kim is only allowed “real food that’s cooked (fresh) every day”.

Processed foods like biscuits, breads, sauces and even salad dressing are officially off the table.

She does have the occasional treat, like banana bread, but says junk food now makes her feel sick.

Melissa said: “Recently she told me she had some fries that were really greasy and it made her stomach feel bad because she wasn’t used to it.

What Kim’s day on a plate looks like:
Breakfast: Blueberry oatmeal pancakes
Lunch: Chicken, sweet potato and vegetables
Dinner: Fish and vegetables
Drink: Four and a half litres a day

How often does Kim Kardashian work out?

Kim trains with Melissa at her house six times a week, at the scarily early time of 6am.

She works out for an hour and a half, before her kids get up, to kick start her day.
