LifeStyles of The Rich & Famous Host Robin Leach Dead at 76

Robin Leach who was best known for his fabulous show Lifestyles of The Rich & Famous and his catchphrase, with his signature catchphrase of “Champagne wishes and caviar dreams,” has passed away at the age of 76. He suffered a second stroke Monday He was in hospice care.

According to Las Vegas Review Journal: His family released statement:

“Despite the past 10 months, what a beautiful life he had. Our Dad, Grandpa, Brother, Uncle and friend Robin Leach passed away peacefully last night at 1:50 a.m. Everyone’s support and love over the past, almost one year, has been incredible and we are so grateful. Memorial arrangements to follow,” said a statement from Leach’s son Steven, which is also attributed to Robin’s sons Gregg and Rick Leach. Leach had been hospitalized since Nov. 21 after suffering a stroke in Cabo San Lucas, according to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, where Leach worked as a celebrity columnist.
