R&B Singer and former Love & Hip Hop star Omarion is being sued by Chris Brown for allegedly stealing the track “Posed to be” from Chris Brown!
According to RWS
Omarion and DJ Mustard are being sued by BMG Rights Management accusing them of illegally using the beat for Omarion’s smash hit single ‘Pose to Be’ released on Atlantic Records.
Apparently when original beat was produced by DJ Mustard for Chris Brown’s 2014 single ‘Came to Do’ ft. Akon, one of the songwriters assigned 50% of the rights to BMI and they want their cut.
BMI is seeking $150k for every instance ‘Pose to Be’ infringed on ‘Came to Do’ and no less than $300k in actual damages.
