Talks her new record deal with Colombia Records:
” It’s amazing, it’s another situation why I hired vince, the whole team at columbia – they all fuck with me! they really rock with me! If I go into a meeting, everybody fun – The head of the company was at all of my meetings. I learned everybody’s name and their positions – What everybody does and it’s cool and it’s a great situation being in a place where people want you to win and people that believe in you.”
She made sure her record deal was solid and of quality, Nothing made her feel locked up and in a place where she doesn’t feel in control. Columbia records really meshed well with her vision, They helped map out and showcase the vision of things she couldn’t do independently. Her deal is perfectly situated to her liking – no if’s or but’s.
