Jimmy Kimmel is the type of guy who copies your brilliant idea and then somehow makes it better. For example, at the Emmys on Sunday he took Ellen Degeneres’s pizza party die from the 2014 Oscars and made it his own by getting his mom to help.
“My mother made 7,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Let’s bring in the kids of Stranger Things to hand the peanut butter and jelly sandwiches out.” And then he did, in fact, bring out three of the Stranger Things kids and got them to deliver PB&J’s to the audience dressed in their Stranger Things costumes nonetheless.
Honestly, it was too adorable for words.
I mean, just look at the gifs of it!
The cuteness level was totally unreal. Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, and Caleb McLaughlin who play Eleven, Dustin, and Lucas were the representatives for their Netflix show at the Emmy’s (I mean, does anyone even care of Winona Ryder was there when we’ve got these kids being adorable?) and they were dressed to the nines.
The very fashionable nines.
Not only that, but in the pre-show the trio performed Uptown Funk for the audience and their voices and dance skills were hella amazeballs.
Like, these kids are under the age of fifteen. They’re not allowed to be this accomplished? I don’t understand?
All in all, they totally took over the Emmys and deserved all of the awards just for how epic they are as mini people of coolness.
